CHLA 203. Introduction to Chicano/Latino Studies III. 4 Credits.

Introduces the cultural heritage of Chicano/Latino people in the United States. Draws on disciplines such as anthropology, folklore, literature, film, and linguistics, folk, and popular culture, and examines the combination and integration of various traditions in Chicano/Latino communities. Prerequisites: (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. Audit available.
